Q. Where is Eclectic/Encore Props?
A. Eclectic/Encore Props. is conveniently located (3) blocks from the #7 Local subway train.
The stop is 33rd Street/Rawson and our 95,000 sq.ft. showroom and warehouse facility is on the
corner of 33rd Street and 48th Avenue; Entrance on 33rd Street.

​Q. What if I want to drive to the showroom, is there parking?
A. Yes, we have our own parking lot for customers. It is at the end of our showroom building on
33rd Street between 48th Avenue going towards 47th Avenue on the right hand side of the street
behind a chain link fence; pull in and park. Click here 

​Q. When is Eclectic/Encore Props open?
A. Eclectic Props is open 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Monday through Friday.

Q. Do I have to come in to Eclectic/Encore Props to place an order?
A. Although our inventory is arranged in an organized and decorated fashion in time periods and
themes, it is not mandatory to visit Eclectic/Encore Props to place an order. Our inventory is
accessible on-line 24/7 at www.eclecticprops.com . A customer is able to view the inventory,
make choices and forward those choices through the site; our staff will email back a quote after
making sure the items are available for your date.

Q. What if I need to choose props and pick them up the same day?
A. Our staff is able to accommodate same day “pull and pack” of props in your order. We know
schedules change and adjustments need to be fluid, error-less and quick.

Q. Does my company or project need to have an account with Eclectic/Encore Props?
A. No, we are able to rent to first time customers after you or your company representative fills
out our Rental Agreement/Credit Card Authorization Form and we put it on file. Click here 

Q. What if I am a full-time Student am I able to rent from Eclectic/Encore Props?
A. Eclectic/Encore Props offers full time students a 20% discount on their rentals after filling out
a student I.D. form and COI. Click here

​Q. Can I buy a Prop?
A. No, Eclectic does not sell any of it’s inventory, Eclectic/Encore Props is a prop rental
company only.

How to  rent  Props  from  eclectic 

​Looking to Rent With Us? Here are the steps you need to take to ensure a smooth rental process!
​1. Sign in or make an account with us through our rental tracking domain (http://rentalrequest.eclecticprops.com/)

2. Our Catalog will appear, the props can be found by clicking the Main Category which will open to show Sub-Categories in that field. You can also do an advanced search via keyword, category name, descriptor, SKU#, etc. in the upper left hand block on the catalog page.

3. Add desired items to cart with the button "Add to Request"

4. When this is complete press the "Send Request" button on the right-hand side of the page. This will redirect you to a confirmation screen where will you be requested to list your projected rental dates, and any notes regarding the production it will be used for.

5. SUBMIT!  Shortly after, a sales associate will be in touch with you via e-mail with all the details of the requested items; individual rental costs and availability of each item requested.

Alternatively, Please feel free to visit our showroom (M-F, 9am-5pm) in Long Island City where you can physically browse our showroom and create an amazing set for your project.
